An Air Services Agreement is expected to be signed tomorrow between St. Vincent and the Grenadines and one of the richest Gulf States Qatar.
Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves will sign the agreement, on behalf of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, with an official from Qatar.
The signing will take place at the Cabinet room from eight tomorrow morning.
