Afe Lucas, Che Connel, Akeil De Roche and Antonio Caine, Dene and Luka Lyttle, and Taj Ballantyne and Imani King emerged Champions of the St Vincent and the Grenadines Mini-Tennis Championships at the National Tennis Centre at Villa last Saturday.
In the Girls Under-12 Singles final, Afe’ Lucas defeated Saige Bascombe 10-7, while in the Boys Under-12 Final, Che Connell beat Afi Lucas 13-11.
Akeil Deroche and Antonio Caine defeated Rio Connell and Che Connell 10-3 to win the Boys Under-14’s Doubles. Dene and Luka Lyttle won the Women’s Open Doubles by beating Brianna Nash and Nicolette Hadaway 10-2, and Taj Ballantyne and Imani King took the Men’s Open Doubles Title with a 2-0 victory over Lyle Hull and Akeem Guy.
