The Government of St. Vincent and the Grenadines early April signed a Loan Agreement with the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB), to the tune of nine million US Dollars.
Chief Engineer in the Ministry of Transport and Works, Brent Bailey said the loan will be used to finance a number of projects around the country, including infrastructure affected by Hurricane Thomas and the 2011 flash floods,
