The Customs Department of St Vincent and the Grenadines dominated the 2016 Caribbean Customs Games held here over the Easter weekend.
They finished the 8-country Games on 24 points, well ahead of Barbados (9 points), Antigua and Barbuda (8 points), Trinidad and Tobago (5 points), St Lucia and Guyana (4 points each), with the British Virgin Islands and the Turks and Caicos Islands failing to score a point.
In the 6 sports of the Games, St Vincent and the Grenadines Customs won the cricket, football, Netball, and Domino competitions, placed second in the Walking which was won by Antigua and Barbuda, and 3rd in Basketball won by Barbados.
The 2017 Games are scheduled for Guyana.
