The St. James School of Medicine has expressed its willingness to partner with the Lions Club St. Vincent South to carry out an awareness campaign on Diabetes, Hypertension and Heart Disease.
These diseases are said to be the three leading causes of death among Vincentians.
Dean of the St. James School of Medicine, Dr. Crasta says it is important that individuals be made more aware of ways to combat the diseases.
Dr. Crasta says the education drive will also greatly assist the Medical Students.
