The St. Vincent and the Grenadines National Wages Councils will be officially launched here this week.
The Councils are set up to make recommendations to Cabinet on matters relating to minimum wages, hours of work and conditions of employment for various categories of workers.
Minister of Labour- Camillo Gonsalves will deliver the feature address at the official launch.
The launch is slated for this Thursday at the Memorial Hall in Kingstown, from 10am.
