Some 22-thousand nationals stand to benefit from a National project to be carried out by the Government of St. Vincent and the Grenadines and the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB).
The Bank approved the release of funds for the project which seeks to reduce the vulnerability to extreme rainfall and other climate change impacts.
Persons living in the Georgetown, Bridgetown and Marriaqua communities will benefit, as roads, bridges, river defenses and slope stabilization will be put in place, in these communities.
