The National Telecommunications Regulatory Commission, (NTRC) will host a Town Hall Meeting on March 10, from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm at the NIS Conference Room, to discuss a range of issues, including regulations on Infrastructure-Sharing and Retail Pricing.
The NTRC said the meeting will also look at Regulations on the “Guidelines on market analysis and the assessment of significant market power in the contracting states of the Eastern Caribbean Telecommunications Authority (ECTEL), for electronic communications networks and services”
The session will also focus on: regulations relating to Access to Network Infrastructure and Wholesale Services; and Regulations relating to International Electronic Communications Access to Essential Facilities at Cable Landing Stations and Consumer Protection Regulations –
The Commission said it is holding the meeting to give the public an opportunity to air their views, and to solicit feedback to be submitted to ECTEL
