“The Government needs to consider the idea of using the Kingstown Central Market other than a market”, Minister of Transport, Works and Urban Development, Julian Francis said.
In his contribution to the Budged Debate in Parliament last Wednesday, Senator Francis said the Building was not designed as a Market, and it is an eye sore and is unfriendly, and government are to consider to look seriously at the building .
