Investigations have been launched into the fatal accident which occurred at the Brighton Public Road on Monday.
Police say the accident involved a grey van owned by the Trinity Medical College, driven by Devon Blake of Campden Park, Georgetown resident Jimmy Michael and a 43-year-old pedestrian from New Grounds.
According to reports, the 50-year-old Motor Cyclist was travelling to Georgetown when he hit a retaining wall and fell and sustained injuries.
He later died at the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital.
The pedestrian Oswald Peters also sustained injuries when he was struck by the Bike. He was treated at the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital.
