Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, Saboto Ceasar, said the agricultural sector continues to see signs of improvement in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
He made the point during his contribution to the debate on the 2016 Appropriation Bill, amounting to 912.9 Million dollars, which is being presented in Parliament.
Minister Ceasar quoted statistics, which paints a positive picture for the local agricultural sector and expressed gratitude to farmers and fisherfolk for their role in ensuring the development of the agricultural sector and the local economy.
