Yesterday’s scheduled match between Sea Operations Nar Fren Dem of Greggs and Star Girls Jr. of Barrouallie in the Marriaqua Valley Netball Championships at Richland Park Government School Hard Court ended prematurely in the fourth quarter after a player of Star Girls Jr. got injured and was hospitalized.
Sea Operations Nar Fren Dem of Greggs was leading the match 25-10.
Star Girls Jr. was scheduled to play their second match against Berlin Strikers, but eventually forfeited the match to Berlin Strikers.
The Championship will continue on Sunday.
