The Wesleyan Holiness Church will be hosting a Child Protection Policy Workshop this weekend.
One of the Facilitators Dr. Margaret Burgess from Trinidad and Tobago says the workshop is primarily aimed at looking at ways of safeguarding children in St. Vincent and the
Grenadines.
She says the Church ought to be a safe-haven for Children and she will be seeking to encourage the implementation of Child Protection Policies at Local Churches.
Dr. Burgess spoke of the significance of having the Child Protection Policies.
The sessions will begin this evening at the Campden Park Wesleyan Holiness Church.
