The Georgetown Area Sports Association (GASA) has been re-established with Trevor Huggins elected as President.
Originally formed to co-ordinate all Sports activities in the Georgetown area, (GASA) has been dormant for a number of years, but recently elected a 9-member Executive.
Apart from President Huggins, the other members are: Julian Williams, Vice-President; Desla Campbell, Secretary; Vibert Lampkin, Treasurer; James Browne, Assistant Secretary-Treasurer; Johnny Noel and Antus Wright, Public Relations Officers; with IIma Sampson and Francois Clarke as Committee Members.
Several Sub-Committees have been appointed for the various Sporting Disciplines.
