An agreement has been signed between the Government of St. Vincent and the Grenadines and the Organisation of American States OAS, to facilitate the OAS Electoral Observation Mission for the upcoming General Elections.
The agreement was signed on Monday, by OAS Secretary General Luis Almagro, and Interim Representative of St. Vincent and the Grenadines to the OAS, Omari Williams.
