Drama Development Officer in the Ministry of Culture, Martin Quashie said this year’s Secondary School’s Drama Festival has been a resounding success thus far.
Mr. Quashie said the presentations this year were very good and this is a positive development for the Performing Arts in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
The Preliminary rounds of the competition which was organized by the Department of Culture in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, wrapped up yesterday afternoon.
The Girls High School and the Barrouallie Technical Institute will square off this Thursday for the title of 2015 Secondary School’s Drama Festival Champions.
Third Place was captured by the St. Joseph Convent.
Mr. Quashie added that they are expecting an exciting finals and Award Ceremony.
