The University of the West Indies Open House activities continues until 5:00pm this afternoon with an Open Day at the main Lecture Hall of the Open Campus.
Representatives from the Cave Hill Campus along with Open Campus staff will be available to provide academic advice to potential students on programmes, scholarships, and other opportunities available for students at the University of the West Indies.
The Open Campus is encouraging forms four, five and Community College students to take advantage of this opportunity to receive vital information from the staff about their academic interest and admission requirements for undergraduate programmes.
Today’s Open Day marks the culmination of the UWI Open Campus’s Annual Open House Programme, which opened on Tuesday.
This year, Marketing and Student Development Officer, Janet Caroo and President of the Guild of Undergraduate Students of the Cave Hill Campus of the University of the West Indies Delano De Souza, are visiting to take part in the programme.
The team has been visiting students at Secondary Schools across the country and the Divisions of the Community College to promote the work and programs of the University.
