The Dominica benefit concert, which was last Sunday evening staged at the Victoria Park has been hailed a massive success.
The concert featured a total of seventeen top local, regional and international artists.
Executive Director of Invest SVG, Ms. Bernadette Ambrose Black told NBC News that she is pleased to report that the concert met its target; which was to raise a considerable amount of cash for the disaster ravaged Caricom country, Dominica.
Ms. Ambrose Black added that the turn out by patrons was much more than anticipated; which she said demonstrates the caring nature of Vincentians, and thanked members of the local, private and public sectors for donating generously toward the cause.
The Invest SVG Executive Director also said that the benefit concert was a testimony of regional integration at a humanitarian level.
