A home in New Montrose was completely destroyed by a fire late Wednesday night.
According to officials the wooden house owned by Nigel Lyttle caught on fire around 11:00 pm.
The police say the owner was not at home when the fire started.
No one was injured in the fire, but the home is considered a total loss. Investigators are still trying to determine the cause.
