The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Camillo Gonsalves, is anticipating the local Tourist Sector to gain significant with the deepened relationship between St. Vincent and the Grenadines and The Kingdom of Marocco, through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between both countries yesterday.
According to Minister Gonsalves, notwithstanding the Kingdom of Morocco keen interest in helping St. Vincent and the Grenadines to develop its agricultural and education sectors. He is hopeful that the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding will also benefits tourism industry.
And Mr. Nathaniel Williams, Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said, both states recognized the importance of deepening and strengthening their diplomatic relationship.
The Minister added that the change in the global environment makes joint consultation a necessity.
