Vincentians are expected to benefit from a program which aims to share knowledge on aspects of culture and heritage.
St. Vincent and the Grenadines is currently working along with its sister islands in the French Caribbean to implement the program.
As part of this program, the Ministry of Culture hosted a three-member delegation on a three-day fact-finding mission from the Caribbean Heritage Connection, this week.
Project Manager of the Caribbean Heritage Connection at the Institute for French Caribbean Co-operation, Jessica Thompson said the aim of the mission was to assess the similarities and differences of culture and heritage between the French and English Caribbean.
Miss Thompson said one of the main areas of priority is making the link between Heritage and Education.
Miss Thompson said the work of the Caribbean Heritage Connection in St. Vincent and the Grenadines has been very successful so far. And, she explained what remains to be done in sharing knowledge on aspects of culture and heritage.
