Richard Bardoo, a 29-year-old Chauffeur of Fountain, was yesterday charged at the Serious Offences Court with being the driver of minibus HN 113, and causing the death of Cunjah Browne, a nine-year-old student of Redemption Sharpes, by driving the said vehicle recklessly.
The road fatality took place at Lodge Village public road on Monday October 19th.
Bardoo was granted bail in the sum of 25-thousand EC dollars and had to surrender all travel documents. He is to report to the Calliaqua Police Station everyday between 6am and 6pm.
Bardoo’s next court date is set for January 26th, 2016.
