The local business sector is expected to benefit from activities to be hosted this month by the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank (ECCB) with the aim of improving the leadership skills in the sector.
The activities will be held as part of a month-long programme to observe Financial Information Month, which is being observed in all member countries of the Eastern Caribbean Currency Union (ECCU).
Senior Marketing Officer at the General Employees Co-operative Credit Union, GECCU, Danny-Lee Francis, said the activities are aimed at improving the capacity of persons in leadership positions.
Financial Information Month forms part of an ECCU public education programme to promote awareness and understanding of general financial and economic issues among the citizens.
