The General Membership of the National Omni Bus Association, NOBA will meet this weekend to discuss a proposal to withdraw their services this month
President of the NOBA, Anthony Bacchus says this action is being taken to demonstrate the frustration amongst drivers at the lack of progress in addressing their concerns.
Mr. Bacchus says the Association has not received a favourable response from the Government to their requests to fix the roads.
As a result, Commuters in St. Vincent may see Omnibus Operators withdrawing their services on October 12th.
Mr. Bacchus says the Association’s Executive will meet with the General Membership at the Haddon Hotel this Sunday to discuss how to proceed.
