Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves said every effort is being made to ensure that the necessary management structures are in place for the Argyle International Airport.
Dr. Gonsalves gave an update of the work being done in this regard while responding to a question during yesterday’s sitting of Parliament.
He said the International Airport Development Company (IADC) commissioned a study in October 2014 by the US-based company, Boyd Group International.
Dr. Gonsalves said in January 2015, the consultants submitted a projected operating and revenue budget for the first three years of the airport’s operations.
Dr. Gonsalves said the Government has established two government-owned companies to manage the airport, when it is completed.
