Unlimited Strikers whipped QCESCO 4-nil yesterday to advance to the Quarter-final of the Hairoun Beer Barrouallie Knockout Football Championship at the Keartons Playing Field.
A double strike from Darren Anderson, and a goal each from Kelroy Layne and Omar Williams sealed the victory for Unlimited Strikers.
On Saturday, The Expendables defeated Combined Youths 5-3 on penalties following a nil-nil at the end of regulation time.
The Championship will now switch back to the Bank of St. Vincent and the Grenadines Competition as the final rounds of qualification gets underway today. Defending champions Youngsters FC will face-off with Rillan from 4:30 pm also at the Keartons Playing Field.
