The World Pediatric Project is conducting a Urology Mission to St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
A team of Urologists from the USA arrived here on September 5th for the one-week Medical Mission.
During this Mission, the Doctors would perform surgeries on children at the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital.
Pediatric Urologist Dr. Joseph Ortenberg says, the team will be dealing with diseases that affect the Kidney, Bladder, and the Male Genitals.
The doctors conducted a special clinic on September 6th at the Kingstown Memorial Hospital.
Thirty five children from St. Vincent and the Grenadines and other Caribbean countries were seen.
The World Pediatric Project is a U.S based non-profit organization which partners with the Ministry of Health, to provide free critical medical care for St. Vincent and the Grenadines and the Region.
