As the local police force moves towards the implementation of standards, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Reynold Hadaway, said measures will be put in place to ensure compliance.
He was speaking at a recent meeting to sensitize local police officials and other Stakeholders about the Regional Security System Police Law Enforcement Accreditation Program to be implemented here.
The Program entails the process of transforming Member States Police Organizations into contemporary and relevant institutions designed to meet the needs of all stakeholders.
DCP Hadaway said failure to comply with the standards will result in sanctions.
DCP Hadaway said there will be tremendous benefits to be derived from the initiative.
