Regional leaders discussed a range of issues affecting the region at the recent meeting of the Organization for Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) Authority, which was held in Grenada earlier this month.
Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves reported on the outcome of the discussions at a media conference this morning, following his return from a number of overseas engagements.
Dr. Gonsalves said a communique issued at the end of the meeting, touched on a number of critical issues which must be addressed at a regional level.
Dr. Gonsalves said OECS countries also voiced their concern with the European Union’s list of non-EU countries that have non-compliant tax practices.
