The ongoing Government thrust to offer Vincentians title deeds to the land which they occupy, is being seen as opportunity for the working class to improve their quality of life.
The point was made by Director of Grenadines Affairs, Edwin Snagg, during his remarks at the ceremony held last week at Spring Village.
Mr. Snagg explained that persons who own land can use it as collateral to secure loans for various purposes.
