The sum of five million US dollars has been earmarked for Development Projects in the Spring Village and Cumberland Communities, in the North Leeward area.
This was disclosed by Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves during his address at the opening of the Bridge in Pan, Chateaubelair last Friday.
The Prime Minister said that the Government of Mexico will be financing the project which will include the construction of a new Bridge, 82 meters in length.
The Prime Minister said the project will also include the construction of a two-lane road for easier access to motorists and pedestrians.
