The Sion Hill Euphonium Steel Orchestra Inc. has its eye on the prize for this year’s Panorama competition. The community based band has won the competition 6 consecutive times and aims to take it once again.
Captain of SHESO, Tillal Webb made this pronouncement at the band’s official launching of their carnival activities, at the Sion Hill Hard Court this morning. Webb says that his band plans to give the public a performance they have never seen before.
This sentiment was echoed by band Manager, Warren Knights, who attributes the band’s success to many factors, including the talent of its members and the community bond.
