Miss Mustique Company Limited De Yonte Mayers is still celebrating today, after walking away with 2015 Miss SVG title at the Victoria Park on Saturday night.
Miss Mayers was also adjudged Miss Photogenic, and received the awards for Best Swim Wear, Best Talent, Best Evening Wear and Best Interview.
The First runner up was Miss Lotto-Vickeich Charles, who also received the Miss Congeniality Award, while Miss LIME-Anika Robinson was adjudged 2nd runner up.
The award for Best Attendance went to Melicia Antoine, while Chantal Dells received the award for Most Community Spirit.
The other contestants in the Pageant were Precious Abraham- Miss French Verandah; Deshia Murray-Miss Play4; and Donna Nelson-Miss Dipcon Engineering Services Ltd.
The new Queen, De Yonte Mayers is the 12th recipient of a University scholarship from the Government, valued at 80-thousand EC dollars, to pursue studies at the University of the West Indies.
She will also receive $8,000.00 from the CDC, and gifts from various business houses, and will represent SVG in the Miss Carival Pageant on Friday July 3rd.
