Local Costume Designer Julian ‘Pilling’ Pollard has referred to the way in which Carnival Costumes have evolved and changed dramatically over the years.
Mr. Pollard was speaking on NBC’s Views on Issues program where he reviewed the origins of these Costumes here.
He said designers have been adopting different approaches to mas over the years.
