The Sixth Annual Baking Competition, organized by the East Caribbean Flour Mills takes place today.
This year’s competition will see recipes from 30 entrants, including 6 students from schools across the country.
Marketing Officer at the Eastern Caribbean Group of Companies, Glenda François, said the competition is aimed at supporting the development of people involved in the Culinary Arts.
She is encouraging innovative use of the ECGC Flour Products.
The competition takes place at The Methodist Church Hall today.
Judging is expected to begin at about eleven this morning and the Prize Giving Ceremony scheduled for 2:30 this afternoon.
