Communications Officer at the International Airport Development Company (IADC), Jennifer Richardson, says work is continuing to progress speedily with the Spanning of the Yambou River at the International Airport at Argyle.
Miss Richardson said the IADC has almost completed the process of installing five rows of one-thousand-feet culverts which they have to put in to span the river, as part of the project.
Miss Richardson said work is also continuing on the drainage systems with the construction of a channel which will take water from the airport site down into the sea.
