A group of Biologists has been carrying out a preliminary survey of Ants, Amphibians and Reptiles here in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
Professor of Biology at the University of Mississippi, Brice Noonan says the group surveyed the Grenadine Islands for Ants, Reptiles and Amphibians.
He says the survey was carried out on uninhabited islands that are meant to serve as reserves for breeding seabirds.
Professor Noonan says during the expedition the Ant Researchers were able to document twenty-four different species of Ants.
