Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves says the Government is discussing the leasing of the Ottley Hall Marina with foreign and local investors.
The Prime Minister made the disclosure, at a News
Conference yesterday, following the signing of an agreement for the 11th EDF between the European Union and the SVG Government.
Dr. Gonsalves explained that discussions are ongoing with prospective investors to rent the Marina under specific conditions and investment requirements.
The Prime Minister also responded to a question from the media about a document which appeared on social media, presumably with his signature, in relation to a lease offer for Ottley Hall to be responded to by April 30th. He explained that negotiations are ongoing.
