The Statistical Office in the Central Planning Division of the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning, will collaborating with the Department of Labour, the OECS Commission and the International Labour Organization Decent Work Team and Office for the Caribbean, to conduct a Labour Force Survey in St. Vincent and the Grenadines in during the month of June.
A release from the Office says Enumerators are now in the field collecting information on all buildings, dwellings, households and businesses within selected enumeration districts throughout the country.
The release says, following this activity, the sample will be drawn to determine which households will be interviewed.
The listing exercise is expected to last for approximately one month.
The Statistical Office is appealing for the full support and co-operation of residents in the selected areas.
