Local Health Professionals will continue discussions today on developing a Road Map for the Prevention and Control of Non-Communicable Diseases here in St.Vincent and the Grenadines.
The Officials are attending a NCD Strategic and Implementation Action Plan Workshop, spearheaded by the Ministry of Health, Wellness at the Environment.
In his address at the opening ceremony yesterday, Permanent Secretary Louis De Shong, highlighted some of the risk factors of Non Communicable Diseases
Mr. DeShong added, that the task of improving the health of the nation is the responsibility of all citizens.
