Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves says the dispute among the Developers on the Grenadine Island of Canouan, which had affected work there has now been resolved.
In making the announcement at this morning’s News Conference, the Prime Minister read a letter from one of the Investors, Dermott Desmond, thanking him for his efforts to settle the conflict.
The Prime Minister said this is good news for persons who had been laid off from CRD Holding, the company which is carrying out the development on the island.
About four hundred persons, mainly in the construction area, had lost their jobs as a result of the dispute among the Investors.
