Relations between St. Vincent and the Grenadines and Ecuador will be further strengthened tomorrow with the signing of an English Language Agreement for Foreign Diplomats.
The Memorandum of Understanding on Co-operation for the Learning and Perfection of the English Language, will be signed between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ecuador and St. Vincent and the Grenadines
The Signing Ceremony will be held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Conference Room at two tomorrow afternoon.
St. Vincent and the Grenadines and Ecuador established diplomatic relations in August 1989.
