A one-week Photo Exhibition will be held here next week, as part of activities to observe National Heroes and Heritage Month.
The Exhibition dubbed Garifuna and Descendants will be staged at the Old Public Library Building in Kingstown from Monday to Friday next week.
It will feature photographs of Garifuna People from St. Vincent and the Grenadines taken by Robert Charlotte from Martinique.
An official opening ceremony will be held next Monday at 5pm at the Carnegie Building.
Other activities throughout the month include a display of a Model Indigenous Village at the National Public Library in Kingstown; the Greiggs Heritage Festival and Remembrance Ceremonies for E.T Joshua; Milton Cato and Lewis Punnett.
The major the activity will be the Wreath Laying Ceremony at the Obelisk on Saturday March 14th at Dorsetshire Hill.
