This headline was disclosed by Government Senator, Luke Browne as he made his contribution to the debate on the 2015 National Budget in Parliament last week.
Senator Browne said the country has also had the highest annual average rate of economic growth among the independent countries of the Eastern Caribbean Currency Union (ECCU) over the last decade.
He said the country has no history of default on its debts and despite the global financial downturn, data shows that the country continues to record economic growth.
