Registration to the 2015 National Cricket Championships will close on 31st January.
In preparation for the new Season, there will be a General Meeting of the Association tomorrow morning from half past nine at the Girls Guides Headquarters Level Gardens, here in Kingstown.
The Meeting review the Rules and Playing Conditions for the Championships and necessary make amendments.
There will also be a 2-day Seminar on Mental Strength in Sports for Under-15, Under-19 and Women Cricketers today and tomorrow also at the Girl’s Guides Headquarters.
The seminar will be conducted by Dawn-Marie Layne, a Sports Psychologist and former member of the Barbados Women’s Cricket Team.
Today’s session from 9:30 am to 12 noon will be for Under-15 Cricketers while the session for Under-19 Cricketers will be from 1 pm to 3:30 pm.
Tomorrow’s session will be for Women Cricketers and will be from 10 am to 1 pm.
