The Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force is commending Vincentians for continuing to establish neighborhood watch programs.
This commendation as made by Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP), Jonathan Nichols during the On The Beat programme on NBC Radio, earlier this week.
ASP Nichols said neighborhood watch programs are very effective in making communities across the country safer for everyone.
He said the latest neighborhood watch program to be established occurred during the month of December in the Brighton community, Headed by Former Commissioner of Police, Keith Miller.
ASP Nichols is also encouraging other communities to establish neighborhood watch programs.
