The Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force has stated that that there were no reports of major crime and violence during the Christmas season thus far.
This statement was made by Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP), Jonathan Nichols during the Police on the Beat Program aired on NBC Radio last evening.
ASP Nichols said the Christmas season was a great one as compared to 2013 which was marred by the disasters of Christmas Eve night into Christmas morning.
He said there was only one serious issue reported which was a drowning on the Grenadine Island of Bequia.
ASP Nichols is also wishing Vincentians a continued blessed season and appealing to them to continue upholding the law.
