He was addressing a ceremony to mark the official launch of the local chapter of the APP which was held at the NIS Conference Room, last week.
The program is intended to identify Agricultural Commodities which are best suited for regional countries to develop their Agricultural production and maximize their benefits from Agriculture.
The commodity which has been chosen for development under the project in St. Vincent and the Grenadines is Sweet Potato.
Dr. Robin said more needs to be done to satisfy the available markets for Agricultural produce.
Dr. Robin said in order to ensure that regional farmers produce commodities of the highest quality under the APP Project then they must source their seedlings from certified suppliers.
