The Ministry of National Mobilization says work is continuing on a National level to fully implement the Juvenile Justice Reform program.
The project, which is being implemented locally by the Ministry of Social Development, targets young people in the Eastern Caribbean, who have had to go through the Justice System.
It is being undertaken by the United States Agency for International Development USAID and the Organization of Eastern Caribbean States, OECS.
National Coordinator of the Juvenile Justice Reform project, Merissa Finch-Burke said they have completed one of the major aspects of this program which is the work on the rehabilitation center at the Liberty Lodge Boys’ Training Centre.
