Minister of State in the Ministry of Transport and Works Julian Francis on Sunday announced the closure of the Windward Highway from the Calder Gap to Peruvian Vale, to facilitate repair work on the damaged road.
He said the road will remain closed for three days to allow for the completion of the bypass road. Dr. Gonsalves said work on the bypass road is almost complete.
